Pécs Pornmakers in Hot Water Over Illegal Bath Shoot

Another crew of illegal porn makers has found itself in hot, or in this case cold, water – this time for using the Pécsi Hullámfürdő (“wave baths”) as the backdrop for one of its films, writes Blikk. The tabloid, which has a naked (usually British!!) girl on the front page, posted the pictures attached with the caption “nothing is sacred to illegal porn filmmakers.” Gabriella Bálint, a spokesperson for the Budapest Police agrees with the paper’s unsympathetic stance, saying “The local government has launched an investigation on charges of violating public morals,” and adding that the punishment can be up to two years in prison. The manager of a local sex shop told the paper he knew the couple in the film, which Blikk says can be downloaded from the Internet. “The couple regularly stars in a porn DVD issued every month, which pays Ft 30,000 (€122) for a film like this,” he said.The five-minute film was recorded in the sauna and pools of the Pécs public baths and features a woman stripping off, stroking herself in the Jacuzzi and sauna before pleasuring the cameraman in the plunge pool. This is not the first time a scandal of this kind has broken out in Hungary, porn scenes were recorded on Budapest’s Hősök tere near groups of tourists and children in the summer of 2005. Other filmmakers used the Keszthely Festetics Castle, the national police headquarters in Teve utca and Budapest’s Rácz Baths, although it’s the first we’ve heard of a shrivel-inducing cold tub being used.
