When it comes to strip clubs in Hungary, caution pays. Many clubs are geared to the one-time visitor from abroad who definitely won't be going back, and thus can be ripped-off with impunity. So only visit an establishment that has been recommended by a reliable source and always be on your guard: astronomically-priced drinks are often sneaked onto the bill, and when you refuse to pay, heavies emerge from the shadows. On the bright side, there is a handful of clubs that are reputable, recommended and staffed by hot Hungarian chicks. Expect to pay Ft 1,000 (€4) for a beer and Ft 12,000 (€48) for a solo private dance in a back room, or a table dance for everyone in the club.
